Maybe it's me, but I haven't had a jam with my M15A2 in at least 500 rounds. last time it happened it was when I changed the lube/oil to CLP- coincidence, I hope.

And I use USGI 20, 30 rd mags and Orlites, and yes, the 1 Frankenmag that came with the gun. The only feeding and jamming problems happened when the ammo was loaded into the Orlites, too.

BTW Armalite, as do other manufacturers, say that using reloaded ammo voids the lifetime warranty. Having said that, I'd disassemble the mags, clean them (maybe adding a very slight lube up on the feedlips after you check them for imperfections) then try it again with factory-fresh ammo.
