I have one, and don't need the magazine. But I will say this, I grew up on Cape Cod in the 70's. My brothers and I would openly walk down the street to the local sand pits, carrying a very early model SP1. No one batted an eye. It is an absolutely beautiful part of the country, and Massachusetts is the birth place of our country's revolution.
It is both sad and tragic that it has been turned into what it is now. And for all you that say, meh fuck 'em, guess what, the way things are going, you're next. Enjoy you're time there joecoastie, I have many fond memories of the Cape. |

This spreadsheet is as far as I've been able to get yet. However I'm planning on starting with mags (coincidentally) since they may be harder to get later in the year (panic?) and it'll be lighter on the budget. I've been toying with selling off a couple guns that I don't use as much to help pay for the Grendel, which would speed the process up a lot. On my spreadsheet, I parted the whole upper from scratch, but I've decided I'm going to get the exact same upper assembly as my current AR (below) since I love the free float tube. I'll probably sell off the 5.56 barrel to assist in keeping the price lower.

Number will be from 0001 to 1000 Contest goes till Friday night. The only rules are that you must either have a Grendel rifle or be in the process of building one. Take a picture of your stick or your gunstruction along with a piece of paper with the number of your choosing. One guess per user only. Duplicate numbers will defer to the person who guessed first.
