When douchers collide part II.
Sequel to Machado vs Donaldson a couple years ago. |

Just look back to last season in the series between the A's and the Royals. Ventura is a punk. Almost as bad as Odor. I wish Ventura would peg Odor and let them fight it out till there is a victor. The winner is the biggest douche. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

Ventura is a punk ass bitch always startin trouble. He needed his ass beat. When Ventura starts to run out of gas, he doesn't lose velocity, he loses control of the ball. And he doesn't have great control of the ball to begin with. The only reason he doesn't hold records for wild pitches is Salvador Perez. I don't see this as being any different than Schoop pelting Cuthbert, excluding of course the reaction of the guy getting hit. This was waaaaayy different. Ventura has history of doing this shit. He threw 99 right at Manny bc he was pissed he was getting shelled. It doesn't get much more intentional. Just look back to last season in the series between the A's and the Royals. Lowrie injured Esky the day before. Most teams would expect their pitcher to take that shot. |

Both guys were A's though. |

View Quote He threw at him twice in the previous at bat and missed and Machado said something to him. Schoop obviously hit the runner by mistake. He even walked over to see if he was okay. |

Jed is back in Oakland. Damn, thats like 5 teams in 3 years. Even I'm losing track. |

Ventura had a rough start and he took his frustration out on Machado, there is no excuse for that. He needs a change of scenery, (would have happen last year but for Jason Vargas' injury) preferably to another team. The dude is a punk and an embarrassment to the ball club. He isn't going to mature out of this type of behavior, this is what he is. There is a time and place for a batter taking a hit, this situation was neither.
Wish he would have been traded last year after the dust up with the Jays.........at least back then he wasn't completely tainted. |

The Astros need a hardline fundamental coach to get them focused.
You need Ron Washington. He knows hard lines. |

Vin Scully is giving some D-Day facts as the game goes by tonight. From a Cardinal fan, Im sure going to miss that guy. https://youtu.be/oRoPK57_gJ8 You know the best part about this? I can't see the Dodgers bc I refuse to get time warner cable and Magic Johnson and the other new 'amazing' owners won't strike a deal with other networks. Pretty classy of the new owners to fuck over the entire LA area bc of greed but everyone praises them over McCourt. And I know I'm an O's fan, but dodger baseball is fun and Vin is GOAT. Also, most the national games get blacked out. Fuck these owners. |

Got one hell of a pitchers duel going on in Tampa Bay right now.

Good start for the O's against the Sox in a big series this weekend. And thank gosh ubaldo got sent tithe pen tho I think he should be traded for a pack of cigarettes.

Freddie Freeman just hit for the cycle. Only the 3rd Atlanta Brave to ever do so. The last was Mark Kotsay in 2008.

Stros sweep the Cards (two game series, but we needed it anyway), felt good to watch a NL game again. Fuck Bud Selig!

Time for Theo and Jed to pull the trigger and get the pen in order.
Wilson Contreras called up today. He's a good one. |

Colby Lewis flirted with a no-no/perfect game today. Two outs in the 8th walked a guy, then gave up some hits and a run in the 9th. Still mighty fine pitching from our 74 year old veteran.

Say the Cubs play 0.500 ball the rest of the way. Do they still win the Central by 10+ games?

My Nationals have been hitting the ball well and the Mets are going backwards. I'm surprised the Nats have a 6 game lead in the NL East. I thought itwould be closer.

Good lord my fantasy team is on fire tonight. I wish they played like this every night. 7 HR's so far tonight. Wil Myers, Yoenis Cespedes, Logan Forsythe, Kris Bryant, Tyler Naquin, Mike Napoli, and Adam Duvall. Wooooooo.

Wilson Contreras hits a two run dinger in his first MLB at bat.
Never thought I'd see him at Wrigley this soon. He was a good player last season at Tennessee though. |

The Nationals have dropped 6 in a row. They better get their asses back on track or the Mets or Marlins will catch them. Their 1st place lead is shrinking fast.

Astros decided to get some revenge for last year's ALDS, walloped the Royals 13-4 and 13-5.
