It's that time again. Spring is getting close, and pitchers are reporting to camp. The Cubs are going to be really good (let that sink in). The Royals just beat the Mets in a World Series. What a fascinating age we live in.
Projection models are starting to roll out, and there are still a few big free agents out there that haven't signed yet so I'll bump news and interesting stuff until Opening Day. It'll be here before we know it. Here are some projections put together by smart people. http://www.baseballprospectus.com/fantasy/dc/ http://www.fangraphs.com/depthcharts.aspx?position=Standings 2015 AL West Champs, Go Rangers! |

Also, if there is enough interest we can slap together a fantasy league for kicks. Or Pmags.

Hope the Giants do better this year.
Wait, it's an even year things are looking good |

I wonder if Atlanta is going to win the NL east race to the bottom this year.

Pretty excited about my Red Sox. They may not be a WS team but I think they'll be pretty good.

I'm getting ready for my 8th Annual Which Manager Will Be Fired First Thread. I've been wondering just what should I use as a Theme. I can't think of any decent ones.
Unless you're a Trump supporter. |

That reminds me. I need to start reading up on what the Tribe has been doing in the off season.

Looking forward to seeing how much better the DBacks will be this year.

Which is why I was shocked they traded the #1 overall kid from Vandy to the Braves. Goldy is a beast and Pollock carried me to a championship and a lot of money last year. What a monster season last year. Grienke and Shelby Miller are probably worth 8-9 wins right there. |

I am not expecting WS but It would be nice to make a run for the division this year. As for the trades I am just putting my trust in La Russa. I just hope he did not give up to much in trades this year. The Dbacks have some good young players. They really are a team on the rise. |

BTW does anyone out there still say "DIAMONDbacks" anymore? or just Dbacks? Sound too close to d-bags to me. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

The Diamondbacks need to go back to their winning colors. |

Feel really good about Chicago sucking ass again with just enough payroll and expectations on top of Ventura already being a terrible manager. Anddd... Fredi Gonzalez wins (ATL). |

Those first two are a given, especially if the Sox have a bad first month. |

Lol, they say it wears like a regular cap on top and is more comfortable. I mean, it's a step in the right direction I suppose. |
