Good question.

Probably as much as he promises free shit to the sheep.

Let's face it, America has morphed into a Free Shit Army that has WAY TOO many members.............it is disgusting.

They don't give a fuck about their country..........they just care about themselves.

Absolutely yes and I don't understand why some arfcommers are voting for him in the primaries over Hillary.

Sanders is nothing but a communist who seeks to literally level the playing field for everyone and implement socialist policies that will increase are debt many fold, while at the same time "level the playing field" by stealing money from the rich and giving it away to social programs.

Theres an analysis out there by a source that isn't one of the looney sites  that claims that a Sanders tax plan will have everyone seeing a 10% salary reduction over time.  Thats a fairly significant amount, and will certainly make things more difficult for me in terms of saving for retirement.

I look at the people that support Sanders, some of whom are people I associate with in various activities and lately only look at them with disgust.  A large number of them are men and women in the 40s and 50s who are struggling and think that a Sanders presidency will improve their lot in life.  You know what though?  It's their own fucking fault they are where they are at now.  Some of them I knew in my 20's, and while I was going to college and improving myself, they were the ones that were more interested in hanging out, partying, smoking dope, happy with jobs that were not quite so demanding on their free time,(i.e. straight 9-5 jobs as opposed to a career type job that requires many more hours than 40 a week), etc..

Fuck the lot of them...

I don't know why anyone would be a socialist if they could do for themselves (well unless you are a politician and want power).

But if you can't do for yourself and need to live off of other people then I think socialism is the BEST THING since sliced bread.

It troubles me that an avowed Socialist won by so wide a margin last night.  The results of last night's primary was a dose of reality for me.  This entire time, I have been thinking to myself. "There is no way a Socialist can be elected in this country at this point in time." However, I am now convinced that we are in more trouble than I allowed myself to admit.  I have been questioning how this many people can support an avowed Socialist, especially those in the younger age bracket. but it occurs to me that a significant change has happened in this country.  No time to spend trying to figure it out...just have to prepare for an interesting future.

I have seen a lot of sniveling youngsters griping about how unfair it is that GIs 'get to go to college for free'.

NOW GET THIS!

When I suggested enlisting so you can get your very own GI bill one feminazi said, "But I'm a WOMAN! I don't belong in the army!"

I told her that she obviously didn't believe in equal rights for women so she wouldn't need college and to get back into the kitchen and make me a sammich.

If Bernie gets elected i will retire on inauguration day.

I refuse to go back to sea and bust my ass to pay for the FSA anymore.

Instead I will do my damnedest to suck everything I possibly can out of the system just to help it collapse so we can rebuild. We will be at the stage where we DO have to hit rock bottom before we can rebuild.

I fear Hillary more, because I think she may be able to actually get things done.  I think Bernie would be pretty impotent, as even a large portion of the democrat party elites hate him.

What really scares me more than anything about Bernie is how he's gotten this far.

Like it or not (and for whatever reason) the wealth gap is getting farther and farther apart.  As more of the top .001% get more and more of the wealth, and at the same time wages and salaries stay stagnant, the populist/socialist/communist shit is going to hit the fan sooner or later.

I don't know what to do about it, or exactly what's causing it, but I know if the middle class keeps getting crushed and the billionaires keep getting richer and richer (while middle class incomes stay flat or go down), the common old broke Joe will make a push for socialism.

Get mad, call me full of shit, but it's going to happen.  And is scares the hell out me.

Just goes to show you the power of the media and the education system.

"Nazis were right wing"
"Slavery, segregation and racism were all spearheaded by the Republicans"
"Global warming is real, our fault and only giving the government lots of money can fix it"

Frankly I am really surprised that a socialist is in the place that old Bernie finds himself in. I thought socialism is inevitable in this country but I figured you would first start seeing it at the state level, in traditionally liberal states with a large hispanic immigrant population. Places like California or New York and offices like city councils, mayors and state legislators. They kind of skipped over the political evolutionary process and are now in the political revolutionary process. Scary.

What remains to be seen is if Sander can manage to not get the nomination stolen from him by the Clinton machine and if more centrist dems will fall in line with support for him if he manages to do that.

So what does Bernie mean by "revolution?"

Is he going to use government power to seize private property and assets?

Does he just want to go full bore European Socialist retard and take land, homes, businesses, raid bank accounts and retirements?

I mean his unemployed and marginally employed supporters are so fired up, they'd pick up Tokarevs and make people kneel in the snow to sow the seeds of Glorious Socialism.

Ron Paul used "revolution" language a lot, too.

I'm probably looking at this niavely, but I feel that a Sander presidency brings a lot less uknowns than a HRC presidency does.  Neither are good for the country, but only one has shown outright contempt for it.

I'm also glad that Jeb and Christie are fucking no where in the results, Bush failing to even show in these latest primaries; I would not vote for either in the general election.

Because the longer he stays relevant, the further left he drags Hillary.  Far left Dems don't win national elections.

This will be especially important in 2016 as far right Republicans don't win elections, either.  Hillary needs to look like a raving moonbat in order to make Trump, Cruz, etc look reasonable in comparison.

There are a LOT of liberals who are disappointed in the moderation of the Clinton and Obama administrations.  From the left's point of view:

no lasting gun control
welfare reform that increased poverty
half-assed health care reform
half-assed Wall Street reform
organized labor kicked in the balls
even more wealth concentrated in the top 5% and 1%
education system pushes you into college then saddles you with 6-figure debt

In the past quarter century, as long as the millennials have been alive, they've experienced 16 years of a Demmo President.  Both squandered Demmo Congressional majorities.  For those who are older, they remember that for all the "it's Bush's fault", the Bushes got shit done.  Invade Kuwait?  We will go ever there and kick the shit out of you.  Start talking smack?  We will kick the shit out of you again, and kill your sons then hang your ass.

They expect the Demmos to do the same.  They want "kick the shit out of the middle east's bad boy" equivalent for health care, education, the climate, and wealth redistribution.  No more half measures.  Bernie is pitching that message.

American Socialism will happen not because of immigrants but because of White Americans. They are the majority of the population of America. New Hampshire is the most "White" State and also one of the very classical liberal states. Same with Vermont.

Socialism isn't a race thing.... it is an educational thing. A lot of American Socialists are that way because their Moms and Dads were Liberal Democrats.

All of his supporters are effeminate pussies. If they try a communist revolution they will be stacked deep and cheap.

Can you imagine these guys coming to your house to purge you for the greater common good?

He's leading the dialogue and narrative on socialism in America. He also has overwhelming support from Millennials

He's dangerous despite what some here think

he's doing well among the mostly white know-it-alls in the smaller states.

when they get to the heavy minority populated states that will probably change.

the DNC doesn't want him any more than the RNC wants Trump. They will actively sabotage both Trump and Bernie if they have to do so to keep them from the nomination.

Lol. just get a couple of black chicks to push him off the stage everywhere he is scheduled to speak...he will wither away like his cock in front of a open refrigerator.

Hillary would fall on the sword if it meant a victory for the agenda.
Its not good. We have to many young adults that believe they have a right to what ever pleases them.
If someone can promise all the things they want. We are screwed.

I think he'll lose if he gets nominated.  He'll be destroyed 24/7 for being a socialist

I agree. What would be even scarier, would be if Bernie was , by nature, full of energy and could fire his crowds up even more. I believe if that were the case, you would see a more physical and almost violent movement from the millennial crowd.

Hillary would not fall on the sword. The Democrats are in a vicious power struggle with the Schism occurring. Commies eat commies.

Stalin killed Trotsky over a difference of opinion. The PRC is currently in the shit because of it. Vietnam invaded Cambodia and China invaded Vietnam.

Commies have their own issues with rivals.
