There are only two places that can put me to sleep like a baby... the older 4 blade C-130's at 30,000 feet or a Humvee at idle ... outside of that I suffer

Night shifter who was off tonight. Reloading 9mm in my garage for the last few hours.

2hrs 32 minutes and it will be fantastic
My idle time has already resulted in an order on MidwayUSA |

I've been up since Wed morning so it's getting a little old here.

2hrs 32 minutes and it will be fantastic My idle time has already resulted in an order on MidwayUSA View Quote Speaking of orders to Midway... On second thought, I better not. I haven't been to my tax guy yet. I am trying to get things situated throughout the house, but especially the reloading room. I bought a 686 the other day, so I now I have to figure out a way to fit all the .38 Special paraphenalia. At work, we have these heavy duty metal cabinets that would be perfect. EDIT: technically, it's my day off too. I just took the dogs for their walk and fed them. Got the Depeche Mode playlist on YouTube playing in the background. Saw my X-BIL, and some other X-relation at a small mom and pop burger joint last night. They didn't see me, so I egressed quickly before shit went south in a hurry. It could have gone really bad really quickly. I feel like I dodged one. |

I just walked in and cracked my first, well, second beer, so not bad...
|
|
So far so good.
Drinking my coffee reading ARF. Later I have to take my son to the hospital for an 8- 10 hour infusion to get his kidneys going again. |

It is called a "Gold Rush". 1.5 ounces of Domaine de Blanton (it is a ginger liquer) 1 ounce of bourbon 0.5 ounce of lemon juice Mixed well with ice. |

I'm "Waiting For The Sun", supposedly 7:01 if my saltwatertides.com calendar is correct......

Just got up, a little later than usual, drinking some tea and trying to decide if I shoul get the snowblower out or just drive through it now and clean up later as it should be snowing most of the day.

Today is starting out pretty good. I slept in until 4:50am with a total of 7 hours sack time. Unusual for me during the dark months. Coffee and an apple fritter have been consumed. Wood stove is filled & heating the *Halfway House nicely. On today's agenda: Reload 300 6mmX45 cases with 58gr V-Max bullets. That'll total up 1300 rounds because someone has to blow up prairie dogs this summer. Replace two outlets. *Halfway House is what we've named our home. Since my wife is in prison (work) the house is situated halfway to work & halfway to her dad's...hence "Halfway House". I often refer to it as The Housing Project. Fortunately I have nearly all the remodeling done...until my wife gets another idea from HGTV. http://www.varminthunters.com/forum/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif Life is good. Have I entertained you for a few minutes? View Quote Yes, thank you. I'm home and good night. |

laying in bed yet. I have a couple days of last years vacation to use so I put one in for today, going to get some coffee and go ice fishing around 7.

The squirrels are back. I can hear them in the attic.
Looking at air guns on pyramidair.com now. |

Kitty decided to wake me up at 3am.
Officially up at 3:45. Only half day at work. Our Dorky Dog, a 10 year old Papillon has an injured back paw. He's coming to work with me. When the vet opens we're off to get him back to his dorky self. I'm hoping the morning gets better after the visit to the vet. |
