Quoted: Worth every penny. I haven't laughed that hard in a while. A lot of pop culture reference jokes lost on just about everyone in the crowd younger than 21-23. Fucking awesome movie. Will not watch with the wife though. PS. Stay for the credits View Quote This. Bolted work a bit early today to catch the late matinee. WAY to much for my kids. Someday, but not anytime soon. Wife wouldn't get the character anyway so it isn't a Marvel movie she would watch anyway. Of the movies out there, it does seem to be creating the most talk/buzz. My only concern (knowing it will be a successful weekend) is that the powers that be keep this "model" for Deadpool movies and don't use it as a model for other future superhero movies. |

I could see them filming cut scenes specifically for that purpose, with Deadpool berating you for watching it censored or some such thing. |

Fox is remaining conservative, putting the movie's three-day weekend in the vicinity of Guardians of the Galaxy ($94.3 million) and Captain America: The Winter Soldier ($95 million). Rival studios, however, are predicting that Deadpool will cross $100 million for the three-days alone, becoming only the 11th comic book movie to achieve that feat. And it's likely to score the top three-day R-rated opening of all time. View Quote Boom. http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/news/box-office-ryan-reynolds-deadpool-864451 |

Maybe this will reverse the horrible trend of PG-13 Robocop/Total Recall/ etc. |

I loved it. Don't think it's good for kids.
Laughed almost the whole time and really enjoyed the fight scenes. He would make a great side character for future movies in addition to the well deserved sequel. |

It really did stick true to the character I thought; I felt like I was watching a comic book through most of it. Laughed my ass off. We had to get going to pick the kiddo up at the babysitter so I missed the post credit antics I'll just have to go see it again I guess |
