My only concern (knowing it will be a successful weekend) is that the powers that be keep this "model" for Deadpool movies and don't use it as a model for other future superhero movies. |

Fox is remaining conservative, putting the movie's three-day weekend in the vicinity of Guardians of the Galaxy ($94.3 million) and Captain America: The Winter Soldier ($95 million). Rival studios, however, are predicting that Deadpool will cross $100 million for the three-days alone, becoming only the 11th comic book movie to achieve that feat. I loved it. Don't think it's good for kids.
Laughed almost the whole time and really enjoyed the fight scenes. He would make a great side character for future movies in addition to the well deserved sequel. |

Saw it last night with the wife. She didn't even know who Deadpool is but thought it was really funny.
It really did stick true to the character I thought; I felt like I was watching a comic book through most of it. Laughed my ass off. We had to get going to pick the kiddo up at the babysitter so I missed the post credit antics I'll just have to go see it again I guess |
