Do you have to have one or the other, or both?
I don't currently have a membership. I usually purchase one when I start using the EE so I don't feel like a mooch. |

I've bought some stuff off EE and the sellers never left me feedback

I sold something once on EE. Shipped the same day that I got the money, good communication, emailed copies of the shipping slip, etc...
Didn't get any feedback, not because the buyer was unsatisfied, but because the buyer was a jackass who couldn't be bothered to leave feedback. That's the only firearm that I've ever sold, not because of any bad experience, but because I basically kept everything that I've ever bought. I'm a DU troll, I suppose, on DU. I am capable of rational analysis and am able to think independently. That's what gave me away and got my account banned when I posted there... a single time. I still feel dirty from going there. |

Dammit. Now I have to try to figure out their weird layout.
Arfcom does seem to have an obsession with that place, though. |

I like to buy new at local stores or used FTF transactions via Facebook.
Gunbroker burned me on trying to deal with the gun community via email and websites. Unfortunately the gun world is full of nonreading, bored old fucks looking for something to be upset about. I remember selling drop ship rails and mounts, I put in every ad "allow two weeks for delivery, item ships direct from overseas" I would get emails in 3 days asking where's the part, or bad feedback cause it was simply a drop ship and I was a middle man making money off of them by just ordering parts. |
