CMMG did a mutant called MK47.
No idea if you could/can get a stripped receiver however. |

I think CMMG and RRA make complete rifles, but I dont think they sell stripped lowers

An AK47 magazine will not fit into the UPPER of an AR15. This is one of the big hang-ups with AK mag AR rifles. CMMG's mutant is based on .308 "guts" and uses dedicated receivers. The other weakness is the AR15 bolt, which isn't the strongest design to begin with, being cut away to make for the bigger case head. Some manufacturers have considerably strengthened the bolt design to compensate.
