Owner should make sure your face was well acquainted with flying brick. He might have a good excuse. There's all kinds of reasons why he might've needed to park like that. It's still not an excuse to damage his property.

If a guy at the range is shooting an obnoxious rifle does it give you the right damage it?

I am blocking the sidewalk but it was there just long enough to take some pictures. My truck lives in my garage when I'm not driving it.
