It seems he has changed his tune some since gaining popularity. I like the change. This election is one big cluster fuck though.

I spent a lot of time lately listening to Ben Carson and I have to say that I am starting to like him more and more
Realize that someone with Carson background i.e. s brain surgeon of the highest level is a field that isolates you from issues that we would here take for granted and spend so much time talling about, he is far from a politician who has had time to form his message for 50 years. Carson has given his life to medicine, it's quite reasonable that he has only resently gotten to educate himself about a DETAILED stand on political talking points.
I must say take the time and listen to his defence of the 2A and how he has read up and now in a very articulate way makes the argument why it is so important, I find that Ben is very thoughful and once he has had the time to research deaper into a topic he connects and anchors his thinking to the original text and what the foundning fathers had to say and he is very constitution oriented in most of what he is talking about.
Listen to the way he ends the conversation he does not back down one inch but turns the table very on the host.

I have been a Cruz hopeful but I would not hesitate to support Carson if Cruz chances starts to become more remote..
