I am just surprised curt schilling is still on espn. This is the first time I have had baseball tonight on in months, and I thought the pc brigade would have demanded espn let him go.

They probably just won't renew his contract after the post season wraps up. But this thread is about the Cubs and their rise to the World Series Championship. Not old beaten up former Red Sox Pitchers.

I thought the wild card team couldnt play a team from their own division in the 1st round?

Whats the deal with that? Did that change when they went to the 1game playoff thing?
