CNN just reported it was a gun-free zone and it's a solo shooter.

Lots of pro gun control comments on twitter already. Roseburg is very conservative and Pro2A. But this wont help and the media will have a field day. Damn. Thoughts and prayers out to the families of the victims. |

Talking head on CNN said "well this was indeed a gun free zone, so we're really not sure he got guns in there". Such high IQs.
CNN is already digging to find out what kind of gun, how many magazines and bullets
Fuck why won't this shit stop happening??
Why does it have to be a gun, every time? |

It really does'nt matter what gun was used. All guns will be bad. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

Hope its not a black rifle. "military style rifles capable of shooting 30 clip rounds in a second" are low hanging fruit for the libtards, easier to push a ban on them than for pistols or Fudd guns. |

How soon before we find out it was an ASSAULT WEAPON!!!
Fuckin shit is getting ridiculous, they will be pushing hard for more national/federal gun control.... |
God, awful Idiot on CNN asked how a shooter could get a gun in a gun free zone. So damn stupid
I know this isn't the thread, but a pat down and search for just being there?
4A who needs it. |
Yay, CNN announced there's a huge VA hospital nearby!!! And the shooter set up "booby traps."

Fuck, hopefully deceased count is off. Let's hope only the crazy is the deceased.

Gun free zones are nothing more than killboxes. you can CCW on oregon campuses.. inside the buildings too? Yup, but many do not know this.. So the college is ok with student carry and wont kick them out for carrying? Its probably against the rules of the college to carry but it is legal to do so. It was against the rules to carry on my college campus but i carried anyway. |

What type of gun? I know it doesn't matter to them but it does matter in the long run.
well if its an iSlammer or a #BLM asshole this will drop off the news pretty quick
I wonder if the shooter has a history of mental illness and should have been locked up?

No, what that poster typed is what they meant. Search for SSRI's and their known effects in a certain age group that take them. Docs hand this shit out like candy. |

In on 3.
Awaiting good guys with guns to bring an end to this |

Possession of knives with a blade longer than 4” is prohibited. Brandishing weapons is prohibited. Misuse of personal defensive weapons – e.g., pepper spray, etc. is prohibited. The owner is responsible and accountable for any misuse of these devices. (ETA: You can argue the expressly authorized by law part, looks like Oregon state law bans carrying in public buildings (including colleges) but that restriction doesn't apply to people authorized to carry concealed weapons, does that count as expressly authorized?) State law says you can, but private business/campuses can ask you to leave. |

Kid on the phone ( with shep on fox) who is bunkered down in a classroom on campus said he thinks the shooter was using a suppressor. Oh boy...
Just tried to pull up the College webpage...and it's down....
Does that seem normal? |

From what I can tell regarding Oregon's law, if you have a CCW, its legal to carry on a campus, though the campus can expel / fire you for doing so. So a quasi gun-free zone.
Obviously Mr Psycho didn't give much of a fuck about their rules in any case. |
Fox just had an eyewitness that suggested the shooter was using "silenced" weapons because he didn't hear any shots. Hopefully he's wrong.
