If I saw a fight between a LEO and perp go to the ground, I'd help.
Otherwise, I'd be afraid the LEO would mistake me for a BG and I'd get tased or shot.

Haven't seen any cops pumping gas that use extra awareness yet.
But I do scan even if they are not around. Not sure how involved I would get if shit came down. Maybe just a call out. Am not the Zimmerman type. |

If firemen or construction workers were high value targets to scumbags, I would do the same. Doesn't matter that they are police, they are citizens being targeted. Worth the potential risks to rid the earth of undesirables. Do you think anyone is missing that wack job who killed the news crew? Cops usually have family that would miss them. Ironic that the only thing stopping me from wanting to build a shooting berm from the bodies of these oxygen thieves, are the cops that would take me to jail over it. Perplexing thought.

I think I'll let them do their job and I'll do mine.
In the wildly unlikely situation that I happen to be there and a cop needs some kind of help and asks for it, I'd evaluate that at the time. |
