Usually sober people don't get in a car with a drunk and let them drive hence their assumption. For the 2 years I did breathalyzers and delt with a lot of drunk drivers I can only think of a few where that wasnt the case. Hence their assumption was based on experience, even if they were wrong in this case. In my AO carrying while intoxicated is a no go hence the treatment.
Where you charged with anything? If not who cares. |

So you were riding around with a guy that not only was driving so poorly that a cop noticed it, but he probably gave signs of being drunk and you didn't couldn't notice it?
And you complaining about cops doing what we pay them to do? Did you really think that the cops should just ask you to go with the range with them or something or start BSing with you about guns? This one is too close to generalized bashing of police for me. |
