You're look at it wrong. The right side is the bottom.
Looks like one of the aliens from the Toy Story movies. Or a teletubby, as posted above. |

prolly a group of bicyclists have just marked their ride course on the pavement showing where the turns are.
They do it all the time out by where I live but usually just a circle with an arrow pointing out the turns. |
|
After a mimosa I agree with aliens riding Satan's bicycles and they are looking for a boathouse with crabmeat to divide the jade rocks

Looks like a Klingon War bird flying left or maybe something out of Battlestar Gallactica. The stencil just shifted for the right wing.

Probably a hobo sign. If that's the case, take no chances and raze the area. Scorched earth and a strong conservative base is the only way to be sure they won't come back.

OK, serious answer (although I could be wrong):
Marking for an underground utility. Red means an electric line (yellow is gas, blue is water, green is sewage, orange is telephone). The particular symbol marks a junction point. It shows that there is a continuous electric line, and a branchoff that goes in the direction indicated by the arrow. The example illustrated is rather carefully done, using a stencil. Most are just scrawled on the pavement. Nothing conspiratorial about this. |

I drove around today and noticed several of these at different intersections. One was only half the symbol. |

(although I never heard of them being called Dan Henry markers) OP just needs to follow them in his car, which means turn where the arrow points and then continue to drive straight until he finds another one signaling where to turn then turn again, repeat. Many bicycle clubs use their own distinct marker so as to know which route to follow. |

You have been earmarked for extraction under Jaid Helm. Dibs on your stuff.

Checked with an electrical contractor I know, he's never seen that mark before.
I've also reached out to the local power company, they're checking with their engenieering dept to see if they know something about it. I'm thinking about hitting up one of the local news reporters that likes to cover oddball shit like this. |

It looks like the mark made for a new missile silo, Jade Helm and all.
They put em right next to the FEMA re-education camps as a last defense against the resistance should they get overrun. Your property values are gonna plummet. |

The pics aren't loading for me so I'm just going to arbitrarily state that they are either warchalking marks or Thieves Guild Shadowmarks.
