- Do they sell hard liquor at Texas Walmarts? - Do you have air conditioning? - Do you know a really good strawberry daiquiri recipe? |

Neither. I don't know where those towns are, but I'm not in them. Need me to pick you up some? Maybe a model train set? View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

I could think of a whole bunch of worse ways to make a living, and I get the saving money staying in the truck, but how do you deal with the heat in the summer? Isnt Texas HOT AF?

We've also got mosquitoes in the evenings here in East Texas. Gonna suck in the bed of the truck. Overnight 'lows' will still be in the low 90s until midnight in a parking lot. 80s until 4am or so. 1. Are you really a bored troll living in your parent's basement?
2. Have you lost your Seal buddies and don't know how to make contact again? 3. Have you already gone thru your porno mags and looking for something else to do? |

I'd do 1 of 2 things.
Buy a generator and climb in that camper and crank the shit out the A/C. Or, get a motel room. No way in hell would I be sleeping in the back of my truck when its 93*, lifes too short to sleep miserable if at all. |
|
I thought I had it rough, as of tomorrow I'll be working the next 13 days straight.
I have A/C, @home, @work, in my car. |

At least in the WalMart lot you probably won't have a lot of hookers and fag sluts scratching at your door. Or will you? Never having stayed in a WalMart lot I wouldn't know.

View Quote I've never been directly bothered, but people do get close and sing or scream or blast the radio. Once I heard a girl screaming rape rape I need help I'm not joking. I looked out and saw a girl in her 20's and a guy about 10ft away looking at her. When she shut up he said "Bitch, your crazy I'm getting pizza." She got real upset and ran after him and apologized. |

Your either one tough sumbich or stupid, not judging mind you.
But I'll give you this OP you're a man of integrity. The "man" says you can only drive so many hrs, you do it. Employer says "stay out of the units", you do it. Getting rarer every day. Good luck OP, if you were in this situation near me, I'd invite you to dinner and share a few brews. |

View Quote I've tried doing things outside of the lines a couple of times and got burned each time. It's better for me to play by the rules, I am by no means tough, I'm just working towards a goal and am doing my best to get it. It probably won't happen but, I've got nothing better to do. |
