Most of those were for driving on a suspended license. He was drinking when he was stopped so who knows how often he was driving around drunk. He'd also been arrested for domestic violence and assault. How was a guy like that not in prison? Is our justice system really that fucked? I would guess most, if not all, of those charges are misdemeanors which were either plead out and suspended or had short jail sentences. Until he gets a felony conviction he's not going to prison. True. He's been put away for life this time. |

That's all well and good but at some point, one would think the judge would say "ok, this is your 50th arrest... you clearly are not going to obey the law so maybe 10 years in prison will give you some time to think about what you're doing with your life." |

"Three Strikes" laws were designed to take care of that, but then it created a bigger prison population that no one wanted to pay for. One of the main reasons prosecutors let defendants plead out is because there isn't any room in the prisons or jails to hold them. |

Recently CPD lost an officer in a shooting. Obviously there was a tremendous outpouring of support for officers Kims family. The "locals"are furious that there hasnt been any kind of arrangements for this turds family or any statement from the fucking mayor, lol. They want equal treatment. Impossible. I was assured abortion legalization would prevent this, especially if funded further by the taxpayers.
