Ban her from teaching sure but I don't see any victims here, well except for the state, which shouldn't count. She is having 22 years of her life stolen from her for letting 17 year old boys willingly fuck her. Why not charge those younger than 18 with crimes if the fuck those older? They charge them as adults in Florida for other crimes all the time, are they wise at seventeen to know murder is bad but not wise enough to know that getting some isn't? |

Rather, 22 years is the sum total amount of prison time for multiple crimes she's committed involving at least three separate cases that she got busted for. So really she's getting about 7 years per victim. Is it linked to abusing one's position of authority and/or being involved with a minor? I'm sure it involves both. Now that still may seem like something excessive, and they may have a point there. Still, as long as it is consistent with what a male in the same position would get, it is the correct amount. Otherwise the punishment needs to be reduced for both sexes. |

If the boys aren't victims, then no bitching and whining when the child support order comes due. They're either victims, and thus should not owe child support, or they are fully cognizant of the consequences of their actions, and thus responsible for part of the cost of raising their offspring. Or perhaps they should get full custody of the child, and a child support order against the mother. I'm sure an 18 year old boy would love to have an infant to raise on his own.
Can't have it both ways.
