You should be able to do everything you want to do with Amazon AWS. It should also be free for the first year. So you'll be able to get up and running now, and still have a year to seek out a cheaper option before it costs you anything.

I'd prefer the NSA to have to grab the email en route, rather than have copies forwarded to them. |

I've used aplus.net since 2002.
