I've never been a fan of mismatch colored guns...errr, I mean 'two-tone'.

I'd have it Dura coated black then flip it.
"ONE OF A KIND CUSTOM GRAY GLOCK DURA COATED BLACK!" |

Anybody remember they grey framed usp's. Those things were tits.

Thats what many of of my 1911's like. If I had a son Glock thats what it would look like.

If I didn't just get a Vickers model Glock 19 I'd get one of these. Lipseys has some nice stuff.

Very disruptive. It just needs a trendy name and spokesman, and they can charge triple. Gray pride? I take that back. Gray/black is the best color scheme and shouldn't be sullied by homos/ |

The grey craze is hilarious. Make it less black and you have to buy a whole new ____.

Why would someone buy this at a premium over a standard coloration?
You could paint a black one... or do the gear queers pop up now to explain that this tint of polymer is more durable and less likely to break or something similarly tarded? |

Are they going to make them in gen 3? Gen 4 only from what Lipseys posted on their Facebook page The Gen4 gremlins have been worked out for a while as far as I can tell. Don't imagine we'll ever see the FDE/OD/Gray glocks on blue label. I'll probably still bite on one eventually. |

I wouldn't have even noticed the color in that picture had this not been a "Gray Glocks" thread.

People buy this stuff because they like it and they want to. What the fuck do you care? You can buy whatever you want. Getting excited about the plastic tint changing on a gun you can paint already is fucking retarded. The "what do you care what they buy" shtick is seriously silly. That isnt some infallible defense to dumb products and marketing. You can think somebody is doing something stupid or that they are purchasing something stupid without it having any great bearing on your life. I don't seriously care what they buy, but that doesn't make a 100 dollar up charge for a coloration change less ridiculous. Or is a blue car intrinsically more valuable and exciting than a green car of identical make. That said, I hope glock makes a jillion bucks off of them... but I still think it's silly. |

I've been trying to save my pennies for a new 19 since I had to sell mine. Was going all FDE when the money was there but maybe now I'll go Grey.
Something for me to think about. |

Would have been nice to have another color of the same gun for the collection. Still need a blue and red one too though. |

Oh goody, I don't know how anyone lived this long without a gray glock.

Kind of like it. I have an ancient 17. I think I actually cleaned it once. Might get a grey 17 to go with it.

It's just like a Glock! Only.... in a slightly lighter shade of black....
2 tone is the gun version of having a door on your car that's a different color from the rest of the car. |

Is it just me or does getting a Glock with a different color frame than the slide seem stupid?
Does paying for that seem even more stupid? To me, it would be a lot better if they offered the entire gun in gray or fde or whatever. To which some fanboy will reply "hurr just duracoat the slide." Why not just duracoat the entire fucking black gun then and not have to worry about paying more for it or matching colors? Better yet, why not just offer the entire gun in a certain color? Ghay. |
