That's how we roll down here.
1) Get shitfaced. 2) Shoot at cops with AK 3) Get shot. 4) Put AK down. 5) Drink some beer. 6) Have a vape. |

The lack of rounds being fired was surprising. He is still waving the AK around.

Holy WTF Batman!!
Somehow I think there was a LOT of alcohol involved. |

Dang....cop needed follow thru with more mag dump. Perp clearly tried to continuing firing after his first volley, but apparently he was unable to due to his wounds.

Hmmm.... Interesting how much alcohol will kill the pain.
How far was the cop? 20 feet maybe? Wonder how many rounds hit vs miss... |

Good shoot.
Glad deputy and his ride along are ok. Now for the bad... Shooting in the area call means don't pull in the drive way right up to the nut case with the gun. And keep shooting if he is still pointing his gun at you. |

I used to have a neighbor like that years ago. He was actually a fairly decent guy when he was sober but he never could quite manage to control his beer drinking binges. He would get 10 sheets in the wind and, upon doing so, he would start his gun play and acting like he was 10 feet tall and bullet proof. Eventually he killed himself in a car accident and, quite honestly, I don't think a lot of people (outside of his family) really missed him all that much. Growing up, I considered him to be one of the poster boys for the "idiots who can't control their alcohol" club.

Too bad the guy didn't have a Confederate Flag hanging in the carport or an ISIS cake from Wal Mart.

Well he did warn the cop with the sign. Funny thing is the cop didn't apply that sign to the dude.
House looks pretty well kept for these kind of shenanigans. Oh and the cop showed incredible restraint. I'd have a hard time not emptying my mags. Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile |

Guy must have been good and lit because he sat there like nothing happened and getting shot was an everyday thing. Lucky he's not filled with holes.
What size county is that? Around here I doubt a unit that has a ride along would get sent to any questionable calls but sometimes I guess stuff just falls into your lap. They need better cameras |

Sitting defenseless in the car while some whacko fires an AK in your general direction? Sounds like a nightmare to me. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

Now THAT is GD's ride along wet dream. Sounds like a nightmare to me. I've always been armed while on ride-alongs. |

Good Lord, they need to invest in some technology that wasn't invented back in Fred Flintstone's time. Was there a little bird inside the dashcam housing chiseling each frame out of stone or what?

Would have dumped two mags and then ran him over just to be sure.
