I am waiting for them to create a mod to allow medium recon scope. Kind of shitty to add in short and long, but skip medium. |

I think I just stumbled upon something new.....
I was just switching around my 12 "favorite" slots and figured out this cool stimpak trick. Basically: 1. Put stimpak in any favorite slot. 2. Then add another healing item (ex: purified water or rad-x) tot the same spot. What this apparently does is stacks the stimpaks and other item although it maintains the stimpak icon. The result is when you go to use that favorite slot the item "underneath" the stimpak get used first, until they are gone. Then it begins using the stimpaks. Additionally, it seems that you have to favorite the stimpak first and THEN the other item. IF you use say purified water first, then a stimpak; the water just gets replaced. You also cannot "stack" two different aid items. It has to be Stimpak first followed by whatever. |

They aren't super great when you get them, but build them up and now you have something. I was having massive trouble in any fight... Still only lvl 9.
Figured out using the sawed off double barrel, running up point blank, VATS to the head and then run away. I have won some pretty insane engagements that way without power armor. Damn dog doesn't know when to run away...

I also got a Legendary Baton that has a chance of causing the target to go frenzy when struck.
Cause, the thing you want is a ghoul going frenzy that close.

My 15 luck guy gets awesome drops: plasma mini gun, neverending double barrel, fortifying/cunning synth armor, etc. Although the most fun thing I've gotten is a kneecapper pipe gun. FA receiver and quick change drum mag pretty much stops everything in its tracks. Those two alpha death claws at Lynn Woods? Not so tough now you fucking overgrown lizards, now that you can't walk, are ya? 
Also, there's nothing quite as pathetic as a hobbled deathclaw.
