Don't California gun laws forbid that?

Wonder if it was an actual AR-15 or a PRK-15? (Boolit button, etc)
|
|
|
The bullets were all non-lead and were serialized and micro-stamped.
|
|
unpossible you can't have magazines that big and the bullet button would stop them from reloading

"According to police, officers had responded to the complex on two prior occasions regarding the dispute, but did not file a police report on either occasion."
How's that work in some agencies. We write reports for any call we go on |

You mean the stupid Cali laws meant to impair law abiding citizens while arming rapists and gangs did not stop someone with criminal intent? wow Maybe a double bullet button, mirco stamping, a one shot mag and liability insurance would have saved the day. Let me check....nope would not have mattered |

A crime report is taken if there is criminal activity or action resulting in an arrest. Several other things like fire reports, missing property and such as well could generate a written report. Simple stuff like, went to location and told so and so to shut down his loud music....no written report. |

Well that's stupid, I am pretty sure you don't need to download the 20 round mags like the 30's downloaded to 28.

Simple stuff like, went to location and told so and so to shut down his loud music....no written report. So like an electronic blotter? We used to have certain calls like noised complaints that could be closed without a report Then the college students and their parties ruined it because there was no record of who was spoken to at locations where noise complaints were investigated. Now everything requires a full written report Hours and hours of report writing and data entry |

I saw this on the news yesterday during the standoff. Local San Diego news is reporting it was an AK.

Otherwise he wouldn't have committed this crime. The AR15 talked him into doing it. Damn evil black rifles. |
