overly tired for some reason so taking it easy...a little cleaning/throwing stuff away, some sofa/cuddle time with the dog and thats about it...

Did the gym for back/biceps wife did cardio. At 3:30 wife and I went out to have an ice cream sundae to celebrate the life of our daughter who passed in 94 at the age of 13. We do this every holiday, her birthday and the anniversary of her death.

Tomorrow we will go to Orange Theory Fitness for an hour of HIIT.

I will also spend time reflecting on all the Americans who gave their life for our country.

Recovered from drinking last night. Cleaned the entire bathroom. Now sitting here cleaning my guns from a range trip yesterday. Have some jumbo shrimp to cook. Ready to do some drinking and surfing ARFCOM. Let it start all over again!

Day 2 of running my very own company. Worked most of yesterday, this morning, and heading back to work from 5 pm until about 7 am. Hopefully I get time for a nap tomorrow before heading back.
