There did seem to be a distinct lack of those cops checking pulses, rendering first aid, ambulances screaming into the parking lot, etc.
I'm not pointing this out as a criticism. Probably saved the Brazilian tax payers a good chunk of change. Definitely different than it would be here. Good shoot. |

My wife is from Brazil. Showed her the video. She said nobody makes any fuss at all when cops kill people like that. They can't have guns there so it's easy for the criminals to prey. The cops are really corrupt there.
