Every time I've heard it, it was a case of "these aren't my pants."

I rode herd on a pack of about two hundred or more sex offenders for a number of years, they've got more excuses, mitigating circumstances and brass than your everyday felon.

Everyone of the "I was just peeing" stories was belied by the facts surrounding the arrest reports and witness statements. Usually some combination of young female observers, tumescence, stroking, grinning or calling out to the observer by the "urinator."

Michigan actually had to change it's laws over this. There were some counties in Michigan where there weren't any public urination laws and they only had public indecency laws. Under Michigan's sex offender statute public indecency got you registered for life and there were enough cases of people pissing on trees becoming registered sex offenders to get the legislature to change their laws.

Michigan doesn't have a disorderly conduct statute?

I'm sure there is/was, but it must not have been what applied to those situations or what the police were trained to cite or what the DA's were charging or whatever. But, there was an outcry over it and the legislature ended up changing the law over it. This was probably 12-13 years ago now, but I do recall the story because it struck me as the unintended consequences of government incompetence.

P.S.--I bet if you look, it was a plea. No evidence other than "he said, she said". While that will get you expelled from college for "rape", it would be tough in court, especially if the kids were the only witnesses. Got security cam video, OP?

I caught a glimpse of the guy walking past with his hand jammed up his shorts. I was like wtf...? What I saw was caught on video and my reaction. Everything else was statements of the girls.

Classmate told me about a girl's swim instructor in TX. Turns out he was molesting them and then got off. Then they found his body decapitated. The local law enforcement determined the cause of death was natural causes. I think they're right in that people tend to naturally die once their head is severed from the body.

Yeah my middle sister called me at work when I was 16 saying a man was following her around the grocers store fondling himself through his clothing. I have never seen a grown man run from a 16 year old boy so fast, I couldn't catch him, I think running with the bat may have slowed me down.
