Well, I fent.  



It had dropped to a little over a 100 when I got there.  Tested for strep and the flu, negative on both.  I have since spiked up to 103 one time and brought it back down.  This is brutal.  I never realized how rough a high temp is.

I don't know how you're coherent enough to post here with a 103+ temp.  Any time I've ever had a significant fever I'm absolutely no good.
