Not that it really matters I suppose since he hit concrete, but the response to him landing on the ground wasn't exactly swift or stellar. They just kinda casually walked over to him.
People have survived from higher falls than that, though I admit they usually don't land on concrete... |

It's really loud when those poor souls hit that.
