I really wonder who the hell calls the offensive plays for the Huskers? They seem to run the ball ok, then make the decision to pass the ball, a bad pas no doubt but still a pass. I am just amazed how bad the play calling is for the Huskers. Great play calling by Iowa. Punt the ball to Nebraska to get it into the hands of Armstrong. Intercept and improve field position. Dude wasn't a good passer to begin with and only got worse. We have a young kid coming to UNL early this spting, so we will see how thing shake out. If Armstrong can't elevate his game he probably has a good chance of starting. I keep hoping that Frost comes back to Nebraska. |

I 100% agree with Dabo. I use Lower Carolina or SCAR. Hmmm. I wonder who UNC lost to, that is going to keep them out of the playoffs? And how MANY teams beat the cocks this year? http://www.holycitysinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/citadel.jpeg Monk A bunch. The Gamecocks were the worst team in the SEC this year. But they were good enough to beat the Tarheels. |

I think Les Miles is one of the best coaches in the country and LSU is crazy if they fire him.
Who are they planning on getting that is better? http://www.coacheshotseat.com/WinningestActiveCoachesIA.htm |

Who are they planning on getting that is better? http://www.coacheshotseat.com/WinningestActiveCoachesIA.htm View Quote I'd say he's a good coach, not a great coach. And the last 3 seasons, things have been slipping. The last 3 games this season have been marked by penalties, mistakes and unimaginative offense (that has actually been most of his tenure here). Look, as a person, I think Les Miles is terrific. But the issues with offense have been ongoing for years, and are well-documented. There are plenty of instances where the coach was a "nice guy" but didn't get the job done, at least in the eyes of the school. Look at Alabama, Florida and Texas A&M over the last 15 or so years. I feel for Miles, but apparently the school has had enough and think it's time for a change. LC |

This weekend, Illinois' interim chancellor and interim athletic director are going to meet ho decide if the interim football coach is good enough to be hired for reals. Illinois needs to beat Northwestern to be bowl eligible. While 5-6 is lousy, it's a considerable improvement from last year. But Northwestern will trample them.

Way to go Hawkeyes! at Nebraska. Calling it now, Neb. Is going to make a play for Miles. Current staff best start packing it up. Bill Cubit has done a decent job this year, especially considering the circumstances. I would be OK, even happy with him. |

Yeah, had OSU played like the MSU defense, ie, as well as they were capable of, they would have won, but they did not do so. I would have liked to have seen OSU have back to back championships, but they blew it. Hopefully, they can at least humiliate that school up north. |

Fired or not fired, I just hope Georgia announces their decision quickly on Monday.
I don't think they will fire CMR but waiting to fire him would be a horrible idea. Monk |

Georgia goes for it on 4 and 1.
Sony scores a 34 yard TD. Monk |

Should have been a 5 yard running into the kicker penalty. Not a 15 yard roughing.

First time watching Clemson play. Umm these guys are ranked #1? They have only beat two ranked teams. The rest are cupcakes. 20+ turnovers this season?!? They will get destroyed in the playoff.
