rand paul - trying to show how trendy and that he's one of the "in" crowd....  paulbots probably are all excited and want to let everyone know - "see how with it he is! the only thing that would make it better is if he was taking a few hits or lines! or better yet, hanging out with some of the girls bilzenan hangs out with!"  but, seriously, if you haven't clicked and read the nsfw daily caller post, you might be interested in some of it's content...... edit - and despite the efforts of some to portray rand paul as a gun guy by showing the shot of him shooting an aug, he's not, witness his form  it may be he's just using the 2nd amendment stuff as an issue to attract support for him, but he's not a proponent of rolling back restrictive gun laws, by his association with / support of nagr |

That guy seems to be worshiped by the young'ens these days on the bookface, twitters, and instagram. This is almost definitely an attempt to grab the 18-30 demo that helped Obama win over the establishment in 2008. 2012 saw a slight slip in that age group, and Rand knows Hillary's old ass creates a disconnect with the demo. He is trying to position himself in that crevasse by being "cool" to connect better with the millennials in hopes of swaying the voting block.

I met Rand at the natioanl gun day event in Louisville many years ago. I dont think he was running for anything back then. He was just looking at guns and talking to people. Trash the guy if you like, but I really do think he's on our team.
