Skip the shooting. In NJ or CT, you won't be shooting anything cool, and you will waste money on ammo instead of where it should really go. Which brings me to strippers and lots of alcohol. Any bachelor party without these two key ingredients is massive fail.
ETA: just read "Sister's Fiance". Sign him up for an investment and retirement seminar instead.

the combination of the range and then paintball would make for a great afternoon, especially if you incorporated a couple of gopros and then edited the video down later. then you could do the party/drinking stuff that night--a tour of brew pubs makes for a great time.
that way you have a flow of stuff instead of just a bunch of activities. and then strippers. |

4 day bender in Vegas is that I did for my best friend. I recommend shortening it to 3 days if near the wedding. None of us were healthy, but the EMT of the group got us walking straight for the wedding. Group chugging contest of a gatorade on every second hour is recommended on the last day. (shots for the loser doesn't help)
It was two years ago, and I just recently paid off that credit card 
ETA: Your state isn't listed, but my first time as best man we rented a boat and brought a tube/cigars (there was a lake nearby) |

Did a bachelor party 2 months ago.
The schedule was: shooting range with some rented full auto fun, then check in at hotel, change clothes, have a cocktail or 3, next stop, killer brew pub around the corner for beers and dinner, then comedy club across the street, and then we finally hit the strip clubs. |

Find a nerd to drive you guys around and keep you out of trouble (bail money). Do some kind of fun and physical activity first, then have a big dinner together and then get your drink on followed by a fine looking woman sticking her cooch in your face. Don't fuck the stripper without a doubled up condom. Blowjobs might be OK, use your discretion. Best bachelor party I went to started at 8AM with two rafts full of guys screaming their heads off going down some rapids. Had a big BBQ lunch and someone brought a few NFA items with a few cases of ammo along with everybody else bringing their favorite toys. After 3 or 4 hrs of that, showered up at the hotels and met at this bar we rented for the night. They had a huge private room available for parties. Had a nice steak dinner catered in that was followed by the arrival of 3 local college girls that were "working" their way through college. Statue of limitations keeps me from divulging anymore details. Somehow we all made it home safely. A few unknown black eyes, bruises and cuts were received but no diseases followed anyone home. And no bail money was needed this time. I would like to pass on one tidbit of info that might be helpful. Collect all phones and or camera's at the beginning of the night. Friends don't let friends get blackmailed by an indiscretion or two at a bachelor party when they are stoned blind blacked out drunk. |
