Good find!  I hope the license plate is included!
This is a custom built military special operations assault vehicle. I am retired US navy and I personally modeled this after vehicles we used. the reason I built this vehicle was for emergency uses during my life time. The reason I'm selling it is because I am building another one I currently own two more similar to this. it is built to be tough from the ground up. the tires are brand new mud terrain tires with 98% tread left with black bed liner painted rims. the front bumper is a completely custom made tactical armor group bumper featuring two d rings for towing, two off-road 6" spot lights along with two HID fog lights, the paint used on this vehicle is probably the most notable cosmetic feature. it comes straight from the department of defenses warehouse in Washington DC. I purchased this paint during my service, it is the same paint used on the stealth bomber and the F117 night hawk. this paint will mask radar signatures and thermal signature, thus making the vehicle invisible to thermal optics and to speed guns. the paint itself cost me 800$ a gallon and the primer is a liquid titanium base also a DOD regulated paint.

Because they just let .mil guys buy highly classified RAM so they can do whatever they want with it.

And any real operator would pick a Hyundai Sonata over a Dodge.

It's got a CB, which is how operators communicate when they need to operationally communicate.

as removed for violating eBay's police policy I have sense removed the police lights to meet these standards. The engine is installed in the vehicle and the whole car runs properly no check engine lights ect the picture of the engine on the stand is the new engine that was Installed in the vehicle

Well, that's nice to have I suppose.

Not navy, but about a week ago I saw a convoy of tier zeros rolling in new toyota landcruisers. Full black tint, of course.
