She was dressed as the fictional comic villain Poison Ivy at the party and was wearing a leaf-covered top and a dark purple wig. Her body wasn’t clothed when workers found it while trying to free a dump truck from the soggy soil. View Quote Monroe County Sheriff Dale Malone said evidence collected at the scene where the body was found indicated that Bruck’s death was a homicide, although a cause of death has not been determined, The Monroe News reported. Evidence also was found on Bruck’s Halloween costume, which was discovered earlier this month at an industrial site about 10 miles from where the body was located, the newspaper reported. Malone would not go into detail about the evidence. No arrests have been made. |

Knowing she has been dead for a while is actually a relief for many around here. Sex trafficking is big around here, and it was thought she kidnapped into a sex slave. Its easier to accept she was murdered that night, than raped repeatedly over the last 6 months.

Halloween was pretty cold this year, and a Poison Ivy costume wouldn't cover much.
Plus that's a LONG time for a body to sit out and decay (and become food for wildlife). Unless there's a knife sticking out of her skull or bullets found in her remains maybe she died from exposure and the damage was caused by the elements and animals? |

And there are other houses nearby she would have been able to get help easily. And the sheriff dept has info not yet released, that most certainly indicates they know foul play was involved. |
