Wake up guys, it's race day!! They say it's not gonna rain after 10am in Richmond yet there's a 40% - 70% chance here at the house all day and I'm an hour drive from the track.

Hope for the best. We stopped in Richmond last night after we left the airport and got dinner and it was pouring hard. And like 42 deg. I'm glad I wasn't there sitting on the bleachers.

Matt Martin had sponsors and funding to race. I think he was racing late model stock cars and then one day he decided racing was not what he wanted to do, even though he was winning. Now he is a fitness coach at Hendrick Motorsports.

Jr says rotors are vibrating pretty good. Crew chief said "they're not getting hot enough" and they put some tape over the inlets. Now he's cut the fans off. Have to watch and see if they end up with brake issues.
