Gigged as in deleted?

My very first post was a thread about Eotech's site being messed with by either a hacker or a pissed off company nerd. I pointed out that there were a few extra buttons, perhaps in lieu of "Lorem ipsum", labeled "Balls" and "Whores."

Naturally, I made the thread title "Balls and Whores."

For whatever reason, it was disappeared within just a few pages and the site was fixed with a quickness

Is there such of a thing as a 30 minute time out? I got one, i think.
Got a tongue lashing to change my post about my favorite movie quotes.
He said, "change that right now." I didn't know what to do. It was a quote!

I can't remember if it ever happened to me. I think I have had a thread or two locked over the years for being dupes.

I've never had a timeout or a tempaban.

I did receive a PM warning from Maynard in the Ruger forum because I posted like a Douche in a thread (thought it was GD). I didn't know that I was in that forum because I was posting and not paying attention to where I was.

Shit happens and after an apology I was forgiven (thanks again, Maynard!).

That's my story, Bro.

I had a thread about an a$$hole neighbor down the street.

I was told it wasn't nice to call someone an a$$hole.

On a forum where people use all kinds of four letter words, talk trash to each other that would get a gunfight going if face to face, show pictures of naked women, etc. and calling someone an a$$hole is a bad thing? Just blew me away. Started wondering if the moderator was the neighbor down the street the thread was about.

I just come here for the laughs, mostly.

My threads normally die a quick and natural death. Had a lock or two for dupness.

Had one warning for being grinch (actually I was a real jerk) in a guys Christmas thread,

And a time out for quoting a hot link to porn ( straight, and I really thought it was cold) in one of those "implosion" threads.
Whined like a sniveling little bitch to the Boss himself, and the mod, but out I went.

The "locked" pop-up really gets your attention -an extra drink or two and "smart-ass" posting probably causes most of the problems here.
Mods and staff have to deal with a lot of crap, and do a fair job sorting it all out.

A petatard made a comment about my dads so I responded in kind about his moms.

I've had 5 or 6 threads get deleted and a few threads get locked. All against my will.

Never got any kind of official sanction though.

Well see, the thing is, you've got a great sense of humor- even as the mods are locking stuff down, they're probably laughing their asses off.
