I finally figured out that none of that was helping anything. SPJ, I hope you find him help. Sounds like he really needs to get past this. |

Appenzeller Sennenhunde And speaking of, the Appenzeller is descended from Roman cattle dogs left in the Alps following the fall of the Empire. It is closely related to three other breeds of similar appearance and coloring, the Greater Swiss Mountain Dog, Bernese Mountain Dog, and Entlebucher Mountain Dog. The Appenzeller is an all-purpose farm dog, used to both herd and guard cattle as well as performing draft duties in lieu of a horse. They are very active and bond closely with their family, but are very suspicious of strangers and require careful socialization if kept as pets. http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/9/9e/Dara_essy.jpg View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

An intra plant move would leave me on the same schedule, but a potential interplant move would put me 9-5 in AZ. It would be a good career move, though.

Been talking to him. He refused to talk to anyone cause he is scared it will mess with his gun rights View Quote Speech....I also dealt with anger issues, and I also refused to talk to someone for the same reasoning. What has helped me is to realize that anger is nothing more than a state of mind which can be changed....figuring out the source of the anger is something that (for me) has taken a lot of soul searching and personal reflection, but once found and dealt with, it can be adjusted; it is up to him to figure that out (and he knows what the problem is, just lacks the courage to confront the issues). All you can do is listen....walking on eggshells is not easy, but you HAVE to protect yourself, do not allow yourself to become a punching bag (both physically, and emotionally). You just need to make him understand that you are there for him and willing to listen. |
