Maybe talk to someone that isn't required to report to the authorities?  Someone like a priest?

The Anatolian Shepherd has been bred and used as a livestock guardian for centuries in the Anatolian region of Turkey. They are very territorial and independent, as their primary purpose was to remain with the flock and guard them independent of human instruction. They do not herd animals, but rather simply watch over them and handle any potential threats that they determine need handled. Because of this, they need extensive socialization and plenty of exercise when being kept as pets. They can make great pets for those that are cognizant of the breed's protective and territorial nature, as well as their tendency to obey only when it suits them.

No. But I shouldn't have to be scared when he gets mad wondering if he is gonna throw or punch something. Or him saying something to me when he is mad just to hurt me. I don't want Allie growing up scared of never know what will set him off.

Oh, and since he's the most senior hourly, no one can point blank tell him to shut the fuck up and go away. He's enabled by a horrible boss above him, to whom it isn't even worth mentioning the issues.

The American Water Spaniel was developed in Wisconsin to be a small, economical, all-purpose hunting dog for those that hunted primarily to put food on the table. They are small enough to be transported easily in a small row boat, able to stand freezing cold water temperatures, and have the endurance to go all day. They have dwindled in popularity as recreational (rather than survival) hunting has gained popularity and people want a flashier, faster field dog. The AWS is a steady, calm, and even-tempered dog that enjoys being the center of attention.

Appenzeller Sennenhunde

And speaking of, the Appenzeller is descended from Roman cattle dogs left in the Alps following the fall of the Empire. It is closely related to three other breeds of similar appearance and coloring, the Greater Swiss Mountain Dog, Bernese Mountain Dog, and Entlebucher Mountain Dog. The Appenzeller is an all-purpose farm dog, used to both herd and guard cattle as well as performing draft duties in lieu of a horse. They are very active and bond closely with their family, but are very suspicious of strangers and require careful socialization if kept as pets.
