Guy Martin is really a character. He'll need quite a bit of polish to fit in there though. His day job is an 18 wheeler mechanic. The accent is off the chart too. I'd much rather see him with a moto gp factory ride than on a car talk show.

It will be like Top Gear USA. They'll have to start from scratch as the trio of Clarkson May and Hammond are a package deal, and have said so.

I think Guy would be a pretty good choice. His previous series' were entertaining and he wouldn't need a "stig".

Only reason to care about Top Gear anymore is for seeing the big 3 take their super cars around the test track.
Finish the series with that as one last big 2 hour series finale. Then move on. There is no replacing the chemistry between Clarkson/Hamond/May. |
