I forgot to mention it comes with all factory parts.  I would keep the front lip and sell everything but the performancep parts.

I don't want the payment to go higher. So a newer one won't due. I will get an extended warranty.

Buy a used CTS-V. My 388 hp AWHP STI never got as many compliments. You can buy a second gen V at around $34k in pristine condition.  Add a tune, intake, injectors, pulley, and 600+hp at the wheels for about $2k or so.  Yup

I'll trade you my 2013 Accord V6 if you want to...

(Honestly, OP? Don't - You will be consumed with remorse for the rest of your life).

Nobody cares about a Mustang, even it's a super rare super sweet 1 of 5.

I'd get the Lexus put the stock suspension back on and take the lip off.

Actually I have never gotten so many compliments on a car in my life. I get told several times a day how nice it is. But thats not why I have it. I have it because its fun to drive.

I went out driving around in my Roush.  I think I am leaning toward not doing it.  I think I would kick myself for getting rid of it.

Keep the Mustang. The 5.0 S197 will go down in history as one of the baddest stangs around. I'm currently looking for one myself.

Respectfully disagree;  a well tuned Roush V8 will smoke it like a cheap cigar at a stop light, as most other things, short of a dedicated real sports car like a very late model Vette, and even then it comes down to maintenance and tuning.

I drive a well maintained Infiniti IPL.

I drove an is350 for awhile back and forth from northern rio rancho to the other side of ABQ as a daily driver. I liked all the creature comforts but it lacked any soul. Looked for an isf about a year and a half ago to replace it. Drove a couple and while they were plenty faster than the 350, they still lacked what I was looking for. Drove a Bimmer and never looked back. I settled on a jb4 tuned 335i. Has all the hp of an m3 with way more torque with the twins. If I was looking again I'd go BMW E90 in either a tuned 335 or M3 or Audi. The S4 was a really fun car to drive also. Only reason to get the M3 is the sound out of an NA V8. That part I wish I had.

I won't go for an ISF that is older than 2011.

They made a lot of fine tuning to the suspension and added a limited slip differential in the 2011 model.

I plan on buying one after I buy a house this Summer.

Those kids are going to be uncomfortable all the way until they inherit the Rousch, then they will be thrilled.

Wanna bet they don't get excited to get a riced out Lexus?

I can understand the need for four doors, but not some soul-less Japanese car.  Like others have said... CTS-V, M3, S4.  Is there an option of keeping the Roush and getting something a little less exciting for hauling the kids around?

On a humorous note, here's Matt Farah on practicality of a 2-door car:

I'd do it. No matter what, its still a mustang.  You will see 50 on the way to work, and while yours is a little different, it still looks like the others. How many ISFs do you see rolling around?

The chief of anesthesia at my hospital has an ISF. I've ridden in it, its an awesome car and very comfortable. I have an IS-250 (wife's) and its nice to drive, comfortable, and leaps and bounds above her friend's Escalade as far as luxury.

Its the body kit, intake, exhaust, and stage 2 suspension.  Mine also has a Roush short shifter and 3.73 gears.

Yes kids being comfortable is major factor.

Sorry, it's still not that rare. Most Mustang collectors don't give a squat that it's Lava Red, plus it's a Stage 2... If you want out of it and won't take too much of a beating for owning a Roush in the price, go for it.

ETA: It seems yours is a GT with the Roush kit installed after the fact. If it's not a true Roush serial number with the signed plaque under the hood, it's even less rare...
