I would like to see technology develop where if a cell phone is in the car and the motor is running, the phone is automatically dead.
You want to text? Turn off the motor. |

Fucking morons fucking with their phones while driving need to be beat.

$hitty music was a factor with cell phone use in every example. The video is inconclusive at best. Further research is needed.

Who do we talk to in government to get money for our study? |

It was definitely their music that caused the accidents. I'm positive. |

And DUI checkpoints are constitutional and a good idea, right? I suppose I could have worded it a bit differently, but new drivers (as they appear to be in the video) are usually more easily distracted... therefore, some sort of interlock shouldn't be ruled out. As an idiot who in the past accumulated two (2) DWI's within 3 years and wound up with an ignition interlock on his vehicle, I don't think it's unreasonable... |

You can't stop people from breaking the law, the only thing you can do is enforce existing laws. |

Fucking morons.
It wasnt that long ago that I was a teen driver and while I did some dumb shit on empty/backroads, I drove attentively and carefully. It might have had something to do with the fact I was driving a project car my dad I and put together over the course of a few years, 90% of which was funded with money I earned cutting grass and working part time jobs. I knew I would also be killed in a fender bender |

All I see is proof that we need better driver education than everybody getting their license out of a cracker jack box @ 16.
Germany has it right, it costs thousands to get a license iirc, so people treat it with the respect that it deserves. |

Chick @ 1:11 ...seriously?
That was a long ass time to take your eyes off the road. Completely crosses oncoming lane. She should be dead. |
