I wish that I could recoup the commander points/xp into a pool (even a nations pool) when I dismiss them. I have a Chikuma captain from a year ago with two points. That could be useful in other ships.
I have a perverse desire to run a 15PT captain in an Umikaze.

Ranked match. We were down 4 ships, they lost one to me. I decided to fuck it and charge. Cricled an island on my left, and found a Fiji right in front of me, sitting still. Nailed him with a full volley at 5k, then let my secondaries finish him off. Swung wide to my right and found another 2 Bbs and 4 CAs on my left flank sitting still, stacked behind an island. Dropped torps and managed to get 4 gun volleys off before they started moving. Things got confusing after that. At the end of it, I was down to maybe 2k hp. Popped a repair and finished off the last BB. The next match was almost all the same players (it's 8am). I was focus fired and never stood a chance. did about 30k damage. |

When shooting at DD in a BB do you guys use AP or HE?
I usually use AP just because it takes too long to switch. It can do surprisingly high damage at times as well. Yesterday I almost 1 shotted a shimakaze in my Yammy. 14k or so damage from one salvo of AP. Was very close range. |

The Minotaur is a machine gun! I had a couple people on the enemy team pissed because I melted them from smoke, but what else can you do when you have no armor and your citadel is basically the entire side of your ship

I am struggling up the BRit cruiser line....too many games where you are
A.Bottom tier B. High damage = C. LOSS Had a game today where I sank three ships (two top tier), and torpedoed 2 more--all by myself in C cap--think my team could take EITHER of the other two caps with an almost 2 to 1 ships advantage? |

Well the weekend sucked and I just played a ranked match in my Scharn where I fired 32 rounds, and got ONE hit. More bullshit over/under, which is bullshit on a 7-10k shot with a BB. Taking another day or two off.
