Heirloom seeds; you've mentioned these are eventually banned and become vary valuable. What happens if a person in the federation is caught with them? How does the black market for heirloom seeds work if everyone is chipped to keep track of monetary transactions and conversation? Do they keep more then a couple years if frozen? Is it difficult to crow a couple tomato plants without getting caught? Thanks. |

Here is a propaganda flyer from my memory:
"Hungry? No place to go? No hope? The federation accepts all those in need and will give you a place to call home with all the amenities of your former life. Never go hungry or be scared again." Then of course they have pictures of a happy family smiling and it is quite effective at making people join them but there is a huge catch in that it is absolutely nothing like what they present it to be. Believe me when I say you will barely survive and many people that join want out almost immediately but once you give in there's no going back. |

Resistance starts off slow and isolated then becomes more and more widespread. It's kind of like the chaos becomes more and more frequent until you are begging for martial law. It's sometimes very surprising who resists and who doesn't. One thing I noticed is that when someone loses it all that's when they lose it. It doesn't matter if they were rich, middle class, or poor. Hey Tommy,
I just got back from Mississippi visiting my hometown and I couldn't help but think about your postings. I'm a son of Mississippi….I hate Mississippi, ever since I was a child, but I believe you won't find a more kinder, gentler group of people then the Mississippi/Alabama clan. When you say it’s all Savage country, it feels very weird…..especially when I envision the beloved Hank Jr. and his .45. You paint the future shit world as “Elysium” mixed with Revelations becoming the reality…..with the crazy news we see and the positions we see people take, I could see the slow-burn to that reality. Tommy, how does the psychological affect of being wrong effect people's decision making process when all this starts coming to light? I ask because every time someone has tried to warn others about all these same things happening they got labeled a Tin-Foiler and a kook. I somehow imagine that people's disbelief will lull them into a state of temporary paralysis when they are forced to admit that they have been wrong all this time about what's really going on in this country.

People react in a variety of ways. A lot of people will still be in denial and will only get more hostile and angry at people that tell them what's really going on, a lot of these people join the federation. Another sad but common reaction is people literally going crazy and having mental breakdowns especially when they see their lifesavings go up in flames. Some people and communities pull together and fight the system others see it as a time to loot and go crazy. You really see the ugly evil side of humanity that has been kept so what in check and dormant. |

Tommy, I have a question that may come from your future, and could explain a few things that are kind of a mystery right now. Considering we have finally cracked the genetic code, and
GMO food is now available, and clones such as Dolly the sheep have come to light, what are the chances that aliens are actually genetically engineered beings from the future, sent back to get "pure" DNA from animals and humans, after genetic experiments have caused any "pure" DNA to remain in the future? Is it possible that these same beings are planting modified humans into the gene pool as an experiment? I would expect time travel can work both ways. |

There are reruns of Seinfeld and even Andy Griffith but the shows are different than what you see now. What I mean is that they have been altered to include federation propaganda and they play it off so well no one knows the difference and if they do they keep their mouth shut out of fear. I love the Andy Griffith show and I always laugh at some of the stuff they add like opie telling Andy he wants to go savage hunting or Barney always getting worked up. In the original shows they often had out of towners come in but in these they are savage spies or infiltrators. I remember this one episode of a haunted house but in the altered version it was a savage hideout and Barney was scared to death of it and Andy wound up catching them and giving them the death penalty. There are a lot of reality shows and anything that is aired is always pro federation and anti savage. One of the most popular ones is the the gladiator death match that is composed of people that are sentenced to death just like in the roman times and is very similar. |
