This can't be for real!
Obama Unveils National ObamaLaw Plan President Barack Obama today introduced his plan for a progressive takeover of state and local policing. “We have a great opportunity… to really transform how we think about community law enforcement relations,” he said Monday. “We need to seize that opportunity… this is something that I’m going to stay very focused on in the months to come,” Obama said, as he touted a new interim report from his Task Force on 21st Century Policing. Obama also instructed his media allies to help a federalization of policing, and to sideline critics of centralized policing rules. “I expect our friends in the media to really focus on what’s in this report and pay attention to it.” more... (A LOT MORE) here... http://dailycaller.com/2015/03/02/obama-unveils-national-obamalaw-plan/ |

First off..FBHO
Second, what the fuck is going on in this Country right now? I usually snort at people who ask if it's FO time but......its starting to sound a lot like FO time. |

"“We need to seize..."
"FUK NO!" nice try to get around states rights, huh? |

Congress is either to scared or bought off and the Supreme Court says it is not their job too that the people elected this madman, they have to pay the consequences for it, so no it is not going to stop. What's more it will get worse, he only has two years left to make such a tangled web that no future president can ever unravel it, expect a deluge of unconstitutional BS in the coming months. |

First off FBHO.
But hopefully something good comes out of this, less federal funding of local departments. If local towns tell him to go pound sand, and lose federal funding, it's a win-win. |
|
FBHO
Come 2016 we'll get a speech from him declaring himself indefinite ruler and that compliance is mandatory. Anyone caught speaking ill or disagreeing will be disappeared. SEIG HEIL!! |

From one of the last paragraphs in the article
"Obama’s strategy matches the progressive playbook, which continuously expands progressives’ power by gradually adding more conditions to federal aid." |

View Quote Right, because that's ever happened. Oh the politicians will grandstand about how they're going to stand up to the feds but in the end they never do- anyone remember the feds blackmailing the states to raise their drinking ages? This fucker and a bunch of his cronies need to be impeached posthaste but it'll never happen as almost all of our "elected" officials are in on this mess. |
|
And this is what Al Sharpton and Valarie Jarrett have been stirring up the race relations pot for 6 years to achieve.

Think its bad now dealing with rotten egg police? Think there are too many instances of abuse of power, unjustified shooting etc etc?
Wait until your local cop is a person who went through the same amount of training as your local mall cop and meets the same said qualifications. Can you imagine the TSA as a police force? How about the Black Panthers??? I guarantee that is what he has in mind. |
|
and yet again, the GOP will act like it's putting up a fight and then actually do nothing.

Maybe if constituents kept writing letters to their Congressmen about the Administration's over reach of the day, they might get enough consensus to actually take some meaningful action.
|
|

Its all ok. Just keep writing letters guys. That course of action will show results soon. Now back to more important things. What time is dinner tonight?

So, when is our "Reichstag Fire"?
Order of the Reich President for the Protection of People and State
On the basis of Article 48 paragraph 2 of the Constitution of the German Reich, the following is ordered in defense against Communist state-endangering acts of violence: Articles 114, 115, 117, 118, 123, 124 and 153 of the Constitution of the German Reich are suspended until further notice. It is therefore permissible to restrict the rights of personal freedom [habeas corpus], freedom of (opinion) expression, including the freedom of the press, the freedom to organize and assemble, the privacy of postal, telegraphic and telephonic communications. Warrants for House searches, orders for confiscations as well as restrictions on property, are also permissible beyond the legal limits otherwise prescribed. View Quote |

About the only way for the American people to motivate their congressmen would be to boycott their big donors businesses as they are the only ones with any kind of pull anymore. |

If you take Caesars coin. (funding and equipment) you will live by Caesars coin. The states know this and now the police will too.
They will fall in line, |

Federal funding as the carrot, relaxed standards for DOJ civil-rights cases as the stick?

why do you think he pushed all the armored trucks to local police?

When I see it on CNN, MSNBC, Fox News, BBC, Drudge, then I'll believe it.

The title is a bit sensationalized, which shouldn't be surprising.
