He always seemed like a good dude. I really hate to see him gone. FDE doesn't post as much as he should either. |

It's just the perception of cock bags that get to hang around regardless of their lack of utility while people who contribute yet stray a slight bit further outside the lines get taken out. And I get that it's likely perception and not reality. I also get the, in my belief, frustration that likely causes some of that coloring outside of the lines. But rules are rules. |

It's not *bad* boys. I'm always drawn to people whose facets are contradictions. People who I know would give someone the shirt off their back but who pop out with the most inappropriate and offensive stuff. People with really hardcore, tough exteriors who will go out of their way to move a kitten to safety. People who are hilarious but say something so deeply profound that it takes my breath away. I know you were playing around but I wanted to throw that out there. Now, back to anilingus! View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

I had a conversation today with a couple of electricians about being able to talk shit on a construction sight, hold a meaningful conversation about current events and history, be rude as hell to each other, and still be able to show our wives respect and hug our kids when we get home. Modern day renaissance man. Or something to that effect. |

The vast majority here never earn a warning or account lock. A few get a warning or two and are careful to stay within the <not stringent> Conduct Code. A few get multiple warnings, are given a "final warning," and shape up and cause no further problem. A very few get that "final warning" and make no course correction--and get banned. It's never a surprise when it happens. Or shouldn't be, as they were TOLD it would happen with the next violation. Not our (staff's) problem, and certainly not our fault. We don't get to choose who gets banned. I just looked at the ultramagbrion's record and he had about 20 "issues." Twenty (or so, didn't count) times he was warned to shape up. Most were repeats of the same thing. There is a limit to our patience, as we aren't babysitters. He surpassed it by a large margin. NY_shooter had about a dozen violations. Everyone complaining needs to ask themself--what is *MY* limit? How many times would I spend my <volunteered> time dealing with the same thing from the same person? |

Everyone complaining needs to ask themself--what is *MY* limit? How many times would I spend my <volunteered> time dealing with the same thing from the same person? On one hand, you're not wrong. These are people that knew the rules, were told they were breaking the rules, and couldn't restrain themselves anyways. On the other hand, the people members say they wish weren't banned were, for the most part, generally harmless. They weren't really bad for the community. Ultramagbrion, NY_Shooter, and DanTSX weren't exactly architects of the Cockocalypse. Locking established members that repeatedly get ahead of themselves in the fun of GD out of GD should be a more common practice. |
