I would eat it. Looks decent enough.
I would change to toasted whole wheat bread vs white bun if I had my choice. And 1/2 the mayo they slopped on it. I don't eat many 'on the run' fish sandwiches. I have a freezer full of fish in the garage from Canadian fishing trips. |

I had fish tacos out of a truck about a month ago. Didn't get more than 2 hours of sleep between trips to the bathroom for 2 days.
