Would you agree or disagree with this comparison?
Many of you know I have given up on the Glocks and found a gun that works for me. I don't worry about how to tweak it to my needs. I found a gun that "just works". |

I disagree with you op, how many threads have you started bashing glocks?
Analogy is flawed. My iPhone and iPad work, until they don't. Shit crashes all the time. My Glocks have NEVER failed me, and it took some stress shooting to appreciate the reliability of a Glock.
A good shooter can run any pistol... there not all that different... but hey, if you need an excuse...
Every Glock I've ever picked up did 2 things right from the box.
1) Fired every round I fed it 2) Hit the target I shot at. Since those are the 2 functions a firearm is required to complete in order to be viable...... |

I don't think HK's are worth the money that they demand. Don't get me wrong, they are good pistols, I own one. But looking back on it, there is nothing special about them to demand almost twice the price of other service pistols. |

Do you make these threads up to see the various reactions and interactions between posters?
I always imagine you starting one of these and then sitting back, taking notes, and smiling. Not that there's anything wrong with that. |
How exactly does a posi-trac rear-end on a Plymouth work? It just does. |
Are we going to fabricate more nonexistent issues to bash glocks with?
Glocks have a minimalist design, just like the Mac I wrote this on.

Sounds about right to me.
HK's are overly expensive for what they are. So are Apple products. HK fanboys spend stupid money just to have those two letters on their receiver without getting much in return. So do Apple disciples. Most people don't buy an HK to mess with it and customize it. Neither do Apple customers. HK owners get mad when you point out obvious design flaws in their products. So do Apple owners. I don't like HK handguns. I don't like Apple devices either. |

Just bought two 12rd mags today to replace my 10 rounders from the the ban days for a .40 USPC.

I got rid of my HK P2000 because it was tied to a very negative incident involving a dog that I didn't want to be reminded of constantly. Nowadays I have a G19 and G26. Can't say I like the Glocks better than the HK.

If by tweaking you mean added night sights, then yea I tweaked the hell out of my glock.

You can get spare parts for Apple computers. I support damn near every product Apple makes and send shit in for warranty repair all the time, they are not any more reliable than anything else. What is different is that Apple's customer service is very good and easy to deal with. |

Glocks are like chromebooks: Ugly, durable, and clunky but they work.

Of course but all of them will do what they were intended to do.

With the exception of my P-8, the HK pistols I've owned had grip ergos like a 2x4 and triggers like pricing guns.

And what did that cost? $100? Quoted:

I like HK pistols. I think they're pretty cool. I also like Glocks. A Glock 19 was my first gun. I have a Glock 19 now. They are really easy to maintain, and reasonably priced. I'd be happy with either one, but I went with Glock because they are reliable and not overly expensive. I am also exclusively Apple; MacBook Pros, iPads, iPhones, Apple TVs.
