I sunk to a new low and purchased a murse.
I wanted something to put my Ipad in, as well as some get home items like a gun a knife, fire starter and a few other things. The murse I bought has a compartment with the fuzzy side of the velcro sewn on. Any of you guy know of a holster that has the hook side sewn onto the holster? I am looking for something that will hold a Commander sized 1911 or my Firestar 45. I may......seeing I am a murse owner, sink to buying a 9mm pistol. |

I saw a nice leather one at a shop that I wanted. Unfortunately I wasn't prepared for the price tag. $300 was to expensive for me.

At this point, I'm looking for something that I can carry my phone, glasses, pipe, etc. in. I won't off body carry, but I need something.

Arfcom doesnt sell them any more, but I use one of their Tactical Response Bailout bags for my tablet.

You can put an explosive charge in it. It's totally manly. |

Crossbreed just sent an email today stating they had Purse Defenders on sale. The reason I bring this up is the holster that they use for this system looks like it uses Velcro to attach.

I checked out the Crossbreed and it is hard to tell if it has Velcro. The Maxpedition looks good and is only about$13, they are out of stock on all colors. Wil have to hunt around!

It's almost like a thread full of camping applicants.
You're all invited. TRG |

I would be more embarrassed about letting everyone know you own a fire star .45

The wife(no pics) got me a 5.11 messenger/labtop bag a few years ago and it works great and can hold a decent amount of stuff along with a pistol and reloads

A 2 quart basic model. It doesn't hold much more than the watter bladder and a wallet or keys. The other one is their 3 quart minimalist back back. It's unbelievably light and was designed with mountain biking in mind. The larger one would be great for the man purse role. I use mine for walking and bike riding. I'm not interested in a man purse for my gadgets. I have no need to carry that much shit, and if I do then I wear my cargo pants. Duluth fire hose work pants for the win. |

It's called a satchel. Indiana Jones wore one. We called 'em "fag bags" in the army. And Indie carried a bullwhip which exempted him from the issue so that argument is nullified or some bullshit like that. |
