It's simple really.
Leave work at work and home at home.

When I punch out from work I have 20 min to chill and enjoy the Rays of sunshine. When I get home I empty the DW, vacuum, basic house stuff. When the better half gets home I pick on her and we talk little about work. We enjoy each other and watch the few shows we watch and that's about it.

Nothing changes on a good day or bad day.

The shit that made it a bad day are over with. Let it go and kick it's ass tomorrow. It will still be there.

If you don't have an SO call you parents or another family memeber. It's good to talk to anyone.

Enjoy life man.

Something that helped me a LOT was going to the range by myself early in the AM. It was cold and wet but damn if I didn't have fun. Clays at 50 yards with my M&P 9mm and the ARvsPumpkin.

All the clays and the pumpkin lost......big time.

Practice the basics and shoot groups!

This was the first time I have hit the range by myself in about a year. No teaching needed to be done and I didn't have to watch for "that guy" until I was packing my shit up
